The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable as well. Very well equipped, with an ac, balcony, new bath towels, boiler … The owner provided a storage service for our baggage so we did the Cinq Terre journey comfortably. The room is 5 minutes walk to city center and 5 minutes walk to the train station

Set within 700 metres of Castello San Giorgio and 1.2 km of Technical Naval Museum, Titi Rooms offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in La Spezia. It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Beautiful room in a very convenient location. It had everything I needed along with a stunning view of the town. The host was excellent and very helpful with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again when back in the area.

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. The property is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre towns. It is a quick walk from the train station. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable & spacious. It was the best stay we had in Italy and also cost the least. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was the largest one we stayed in Italy. Esmeralda cleaned everyday, gave us free water, fresh towels without having to ask her. She also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived and a farewell snack pack. We could check in early, she also gave us plenty of recommendations. All areas of the apartment are large and spacious. The aircon worked very well. There is also two TVs. Plenty of space for luggage, I was impressed that two big suitcases could fit on the luggage shelf. There is a little terrace outside or you can relax in the dining or lounge area. The shower is huge and modern. The stay was perfection and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Cinque Terre.
