First of all, I must say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful leading up to the trip, answering all our questions via WhatsApp and even arranging transport from Santa Marta Airport to the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and had both AC and a fan, along with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and always provided us with water from the fridge. Not to mention the gym, tours and the option of ice-baths. The breakfast served during our stay was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were served with a variety of food items including fruit, eggs, and even pancakes on the second day. Coffee and fresh fruit juice were also included in the meal. Additionally, we booked a massage through the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to walk straight out of our room to the clean pool, which was maintained daily.

UUTTAAKA Eco-Hotel se află pe malul mării în Palomino și oferă cazare de 3 stele, o grădină, o terasă și un bar. The location was incredible. We had a private beach to ourselves. It’s a hidden gem they don’t have a lot of guests so you will really feel welcomed by all the staff and enjoy a private beach. The staff even came to our room to bring us food and drinks when we texted them. They also take very good care of the property we could see that they really cared about the place.

What a great place to relax! All facilities are super nice, the rooms are very comfy and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant serves great dishes as well.

The location is super beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature ( a lot of birds and other animals around), constant sound of the sea was soooo relaxing, swimming pool was also amazing. It was very nuce that this hotel was further from busy Palomino (to Palomino it was only 10min walking distance by the beach) And the staff was brilliant! Very friendly and attentive. Karolina was take super good care of us. Thank you!

The property was amazing and very quiet. It was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. Also the staff were very accommodating and helpful regarding food preferences and allergies.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Casa Colibri Palomino offers pet-friendly accommodation in Palomino. Certain rooms have a seating area for your convenience. Fantastic hostel! Originally had a 2 night booking and extended our stay to 4 nights. Such a great value. On the main road, a short walk to the beach. The best breakfast provided. They also serve lunch on certain days that was wonderful as well. Very clean and the staff and owner were friendly. The WiFi was top notch. The power went out in Palomino and there was no break in WiFi connection. Also the hostel has a generator so the power outage did not affect the guests. Water and coffee available all day. Truly a great place!!

Hotel Casalina is located in Palomino, 4 km from the town´s center, the property features free WiFi access, and a daily complimentary breakfast including homemade bread and coffee from the Sierra... After reading all the good reviews we had high expectations, and our expectations we’re still exceeded. Amazing people, service, and location all around. Hands down our favourite accommodation we have found in Columbia. The breakfast included is delicious, and they have a great dinner selection. Some of our favourite food we have eaten on this trip as well. I can’t say enough good things about their staff and cleanliness. Truly a beautiful place to stay, and great value.
